Training

A black diamond

We provide learning and development on a range of equity, diversity and inclusion topics. Our offer is not quick, we use the latest research to ensure that the design of our offer has the greatest impact.

EMPOWERING, INFORMATIVE, INTENTIONAL

Our Training

Our training is different. We have researched how to ensure any learning you offer has the best chance of making an impact.

The content is always tailored to your needs and your specific organisation. This is what makes us special and why clients come back to us again and again.

Learning on EDI topics

We can provide learning on a range of topics such as, ‘understanding microaggressions’, ‘antiracism’, ‘inclusive recruitment and retention’ and ‘supporting neurodivergent adults’. This is helpful for raising awareness and empowering people.

Learning For Leaders

Leaders need support too.

We offer ‘Leading Inclusively’, and ‘Managing Inclusively’ training which can be used to support leaders to deliver and model inclusion in a way that supports inclusion strategy. Some clients also like to embed this as part of the continuous professional development offer for new and aspiring leaders and managers.

  • “Our facilitator led a fantastic session for our freelance facilitators exploring how to deal with incidents of discrimination and challenging unwanted behaviours in a workshop context. The session met all our objectives, and we would highly recommend the Spotlight Inclusion team to any organisation looking for training in this area. It’s one of the best trainings we’ve had, and the knowledge and experience gained will be extremely useful to all who attended”.

Euan Borland - Education and Community Director, The Old Vic

  • "We had an excellent facilitator for our group; they clearly worked to tailor the resources to match the needs of the group, and that made for a dynamic and engaging day of training. "
