INTEGRITY, COLLABORATIVE, INTENTIONAL

Informed Practices

We base our consultancy work on the understanding that we will need to know more about your organisation to ensure that any recommendations we make are informed by your unique circumstances. Therefore, whether you require policy review, strategy creation, or report writing, we will be listening to you and your stakeholders to ensure what we deliver recognises your particular challenges, and makes a measurable difference to your organisation.

Working in partnership

This is our most popular form of consultancy as it involves a longer term relationship with us. It begins with in -depth data gathering activities to create a bespoke action plan specific to your organisation and ends with a period of 6-18 months of accountability partnership, supporting leaders to move from awareness and the possession of a plan, to actually implementing it and measuring change.

  • "It has been a joy working with Shonagh both at The Old Vic and the National Theatre. Displaying a sensitive and collaborative working style, Shonagh establishes an immediate rapport with key staff which enables consensus driven cultural change. She has provided us with training programmes for new and established staff, advice on topical and complex issues, a sounding board for colleagues, and been a working guide on inclusion and belonging to further education within the workforce in the broadest sense. Staff feedback on training was extremely positive and has resulted in a clearer understanding about the inclusive community that we all want to foster in theatre."

Kate Varah: Executive Director at The National Theatre

  • "We were seeking support to help us continue our journey of organisational cultural change and found the perfect partnership with Spotlight Consultancy. Spotlight Consultancy’s mix of training, active-learning and action-based outcomes alongside longer-term coaching support for the senior team is helping further our thinking and giving us the confidence and skills to take short and medium term action."
